RAIN's headline earlier this morning said "Check back after 10AM CDT" for today's issue.

Unfortunately, shortly after we posted that headline, RAIN's block of the Lakeview neighborhood on the near north side of Chicago lost power. (So we all took a cab downtown for pancakes.)

But the power is now back, we've got lots to report on (including reports from last week's NAB and Gavin.com conventions in San Francisco; see photo at left), and we're writing our report now. Please check back tomorrow for full coverage! (And thanks for your patience!)

(By the way, Friday's RAIN reader cocktail party at the stylish W Hotel in San Francisco was well-attended and, I hope, fun for everyone who attended, thanks to its cutting-edge, articulate, and interesting crowd. (If you stopped by, thanks!))
